Where to go with kids this October Half Term
Why not join us at Audley End Enchanted Railway, near Saffron Walden, Essex. We will be running our Halloween Special from 25th October – 2nd November and it’s sure to be a spook-tacular family day out!We have so much in store this Halloween, including:

Looking for an unusual Halloween day out with the children? Hop aboard our enchanting train ride into the forest.
At the train station you will be greeted by the Mad Sorcerer, who will send you off into the spell-tacular woodland just an hour out of London. On the train you can discover Halloween-themed shelters and spooky scenes. You will stop in the woods to meet William the Wizard and his friends as they tell you a story all about his magic wand!Want some magical activities to do this Halloween?
After your adventure train ride, what is there to do? There is so much to do on site.

If you’re craving a sweet treat, why not head to our BRAND-NEW Marshmallow Toasting area where you can gather around the fire and enjoy some toasted marshmallows. These will be £5 for 3.Looking for some Fairy & Elf Magic?
Our Fairy and Elf walk will be all spruced up and ready for Halloween! A small selection of Fairy and Elf homes will be available for you to have a look around!NEW show at our Stage Area with Narcissa the Witch
Head to the Stage Show tent, where you will find Narcissa the Witch. She’s our silly and friendly witch who will be up to all sorts of tricks with her relaxed and interactive show!NEW Pumpkin Market in Essex
Our BRAND-NEW Pumpkin Market is the perfect place to buy your pumpkin this Halloween! We have a variety of pumpkins and squashes that range in price and are sure to suit every pumpkin-picker’s needs.These will be in the middle of our site between the playground and Fairy & Elf Walk. Any pumpkins bought must be taken with you and can’t be left at the market or in admissions for later collection. You can bring your own bag to carry them home in, or we will have bags to purchase.
Adventure Playground for little ones to let loose
Looking for somewhere for your little ones to let loose in a safe space, then head to our Adventure Playground, where little ones can run free and play on a variety of equipment. This is right next to our main cafe, where a variety of hot and cold food and drinks can be purchased and enjoyed underneath a covered tent.This is sure to be an un-be-leaf-able October Half Term and a perfect place near Saffron Walden, Essex, to spend Halloween with your kids! We can’t wait to see you!
