Hey there, pumpkin pals!
It’s me, Patches the Runaway Pumpkin, and it’s nice to finally have a breather! I’m called Patches the Runaway Pumpkin because, well, I’ve been on the run ever since Narcissa the witch accidentally brought me to life. I broke free from my pumpkin patch to explore the world, and I have discovered so much! I have played on the adventure playground, eaten tasty waffles from the cafe, and even featured on TikTok, how trendy is that? 😎
However, Narcissa has been hot on my trail, trying to turn me back into an ordinary pumpkin! But us pumpkins normally only get attention one day a year, so I’m not complaining!
Anyway…I’m supposed to be telling you about some of the amazing things we have going on during our Halloween Special.
After your magical train ride (which is my favorite way to travel – it gives my legs a much-needed break from all that running!), make your way to the Fulfen Forest. We’re thrilled to unveil our brand-new Scarecrow Exhibition, where local groups and businesses have pulled out all the stops (and straw) to craft their own unique scarecrows! Each creation is a reflection of their group/businesses and spirit in the community, and with 28 scarecrows on display, it’s a truly spook-tacular sight!
