This year, before you arrive, receive your personalised invitation in the post, addressed to your little one. Then spend an enchanting afternoon with us, arriving at 4.00pm for your 3.5 hour adventure!
Enter the forest to be immersed in a winter wonderland, where you can make your own reindeer food, write a letter to Father Christmas and explore our Fairy & Elf Walk to find magical creatures in their festive homes. Enjoy our brand new role play houses at Little Acorn Village and let off steam at our Adventure Playground. You can toast marshmallows by the fire, and enjoy a hot chocolate, before it’s time to board your train.
Your train will depart the station at 6:30pm and take you deep into the forest, to find Father and Mother Christmas with their merry elves, who will invite you off the train to hear a festive story. This special experience with Father Christmas, will include a premium gift for each child, a badge and a photo with your family and Father Christmas himself.

Golden Journey Tickets – Things you need to know
Please note that you need to arrive between 3:30pm – 4pm.
Your train journey is at 6:30pm.
You will need to enjoy all of the activities including the carousel before your train ride.
Your experience will finish at 7:30pm-8pm.
You will be able to collect your photo before you leave.
It is possible to receive a refund if you bought your tickets in April.
From August onwards, this ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable between events.
No dogs will be allowed for this event.
