Hop on board our train and ride into the enchanted forest, the air fills with the glow of festive lights and the promise of Christmas wonder. You will spot Christmas scenes along the way before you arrive…
At Father Christmas’ workshop, friendly elves await! The highlight, of course, is meeting Father Christmas and Mother Christmas, who will greet each child personally from the comfort of your train carriage and present each little one with a small gift.
Stroll through the Fulfen Forest, to see all of the twinkly lights with plenty of places to take photos.
Meet our reindeer keepers who will help you to make reindeer food to leave out on Christmas Eve.
You can write your very own letter to Father Christmas, make a wish and post it at our post box that goes straight to the North Pole.
Find a selection of merry Fairies and Elves in their festive homes.
Pop along to the stage show to enjoy a relaxed and jolly performance.
Don’t forget to let off steam at the adventure playground, and explore the Little Acorn Village.
Enjoy refreshments at our Woodland Cafes and why not toast marshmallows (small extra cost) and enjoy a hot chocolate for an extra cosy feel.
Before you go, to take a spin around the classic fairground carousel! (for a small extra cost.)

Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to immerse you in the experience, from the moment you arrive to the final moments of your visit. We hope you love it as much as we do.
Useful information for your visit
The site opens from 9am – 8pm.
You can arrive early and do the activities before your train.
But, please arrive 30 minutes before your booked train slot to ensure that you have plenty of time to park up, walk down to site and come through admissions.
Please park in our woodland car park – unless you require a disabled space, which are available in our main car park. (Please note there are limited disabled spaces at this time of year due to the carousel.)
Please note the activities start from 10:15am and things start to close from 6:15pm.
