We have some exciting job opportunities coming up and are hiring for casual part-time staff this summer. There is also potential for the job to continue to the end of the year.

There are multiple roles to be filled this summer from station staff to performers, we have a role for everyone.
What roles are we looking for:
Station Staff
We are looking for station staff, including train drivers and guards. The train team ensures the safety of our visitors as they get on and off the train and around the track. If you are vigilant, confident and have good attention to detail, then you are perfect for this job.
Cafe
This role involves serving customers whilst delivering excellent customer service, working the tills and keeping each food hut clean and tidy. There are multiple locations around the site where you could be working, but you will be trained in all areas. We are looking for a friendly, confident and organised person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Car Park
The car park assistant will welcome our visitors and show them where to park before entry onto our site. As the first point of contact for our visitors, we are looking for confident, friendly, and welcoming people who are comfortable talking to a variety of people. The car park team ensures the efficiency and safety of our guests.
Railway Racers
Railway Racers are back for the summer and we are looking for staff to help little ones practice their driving skills. If you are enthusiastic and good at talking to people of all ages then this role is perfect for you.
Clean Team
The clean team are looking for an organised, tidy, efficient, approachable person who has a genuine interest in helping others. As part of the clean team, you will deliver excellent customer service for guests by keeping a clean and tidy space for friends and families to enjoy and relax in. You will make sure the site is maintained to a high standard, clean the toilet facilities, keep supplies stocked and attend to the upkeep of our site.
Performers
Our performers help bring the magic to life here at Audley End Miniature Railway. We are looking for people who are confident, have great people skills, are clear communicators and can ad lib when needed.
Previous experience in these jobs are preferred but not necessary as all training will be provided for each role to make you feel comfortable and confident.
